    The SDS6 series is very popular and extensively utilized in high-precision coordinate boring machines, floor boring machines, grinding machines, lathes, milling machines, and similar equipment. It supports high-frequency A/B signals up to 5 MHz and employs advanced 16-bit SCM technology, making it adaptable for various needs. The system delivers faster measurement speeds and smoother control, with each axis offering 40 points of non-linear compensation to improve accuracy.

    The SDS6-2V is the two-axis version of the SDS6 series digital readout systems. It incorporates the advanced features of the SDS6 series, such as support for high-frequency A/B signals and 16-bit SCM technology. Designed for accurate and efficient measurement and control, the SDS6-2V is ideal for a variety of precision machining applications involving two axes.


    Basice information:


    The SDS6-2V operates on AC 100~240V at 50~60Hz, with a power consumption of 15VA. It functions within an operating temperature range of 0~45°C and can be stored at -30~70°C. The readout accepts TTL/RS422 square wave signals with a frequency of up to 5MHz. The maximum resolution for digital display length is 5µm (0.005mm/0.0002"), and the minimum resolution for angle display is 0.0001/pulse.

    1. Enlarged Calculator Function: The system enables adjustments of decimal digits to three, four, or five, allowing for enhanced calculation precision as required.
    2. Non-Linear Error Compensation: The system offers up to 40 sections of non-linear error compensation to enhance machining accuracy.
    3. Decimal Digits in Inch Mode: In inch mode, users can choose between four or five decimal digits. Four digits are ideal for long-scale measurements, while five digits provide high precision.
    4. Communication: An RS-232-C interface is included for data communication.
