Single-Turn vs. Multi-Turn: Absolute encoders can be classified as
single-turn or multi-turn encoders. Single-turn encoders provide
position information within one full revolution (360 degrees),
while multi-turn encoders provide position information for multiple
revolutions. Multi-turn encoders include additional sensing
elements or mechanisms to track the number of complete revolutions.
Output: The electrical signals generated by the optical sensors are
processed by an electronic circuit in the encoder, which converts
them into a digital or analog output representing the absolute
angular position. This output can be transmitted to a digital
display, a controller, or a computerized system for further
processing and control.
Accuracy and Precision: Absolute optical angle encoders are known
for their high accuracy and precision. The accuracy is typically
specified as the maximum deviation from the true position, while
the precision refers to the ability to resolve small angular
changes.

large size and good rigidity. Support may be added to any position
of the encoder to
enhance the rigidity and stability. The length is 1000~3000mm.
