A high-performance universal display console with milling, turning,
and grinding capabilities is available with the SDS6-3V.
The SDS6 Digital Readout, which uses the most recent 16-bit SCM
technology, may replace all types of basic and unique functions of
the SDS2 Series, an all-purpose DRO.
The control system is simpler and more streamlined, and measuring
speed has increased.40 non-linear correction points can be provided
by each axis.
Improved Sino Digital Readout DRO Functions
Expand the calculator function: Not only should the calculator
function be added to the DRO programs for the EDM, lathe, and
milling machines, but also users should be given the option to
choose the number of digits to be placed behind the radix point,
such as 3, 4, or 5.
Non-linear error compensation: To increase machining precision, the
system contains a maximum of 40 sections of non-linear error
compensation.
3. The number of decimal digits in inch display mode can be
selected.
There are two options for the number of decimal digits: four or
five. The demand for lengthy scales can be met with four digits,
and the condition for high precision can be met with five digits.
